a screen recorder whose videos can work on a psp, or can be converted to work on psp?

is it easy or hard? and do you know where I can get bios and the emulator itself? Oh yeah and plz don't comment mean.
I got a PSP version 5.02 and I'm looking for games to put on it so if you know any free sites that will let me download full psp games can you please list them here?
