How long does it take to replace a crushed PSP screen?

Considering it has a usb port, I heard that it can be used as a controller for the emulating system. I found a guide on how to do it, but the directions were so poorly written.
I tried to watch a YouTube video on my PSP (from the wifi internet) and it said I needed the latest version of Flash player.

They don't have a flash 9 built for PSP if you want to watch youtube on your PSP you will need custom firmware or a HEN depending on what system you have (1,2, or 3000) and will need to use PSPtube.
So I can get a regular computer controller to work, but my friend does not have one, she only has a psp.
