u have to link them together and go through the process with you link cable hooked to the ps3 after it confirms, everything will reset and it all should pop up on your psp....however you can also buy a component cable (technically you could do this with your ps3 as well) and play your psp games on the big screensettings>remote play settings>to make sure everything is set up and registered(thats all the network stuff you have to do)
You can't. Sony wouldn't release new consoles if you can simply play all games on all consoles. PS3 games work with the PS3 only. PSP games work with the PSP only.
